In the passing of Mrs. Missouri Pendergraft another fine Christian character has been removed from our midst. She passed away Sunday at the home of her son, Arthur, south of town and interment was made in the Lum Beaver cemetery, two miles southeast of Seligman Monday. She leaves to mourn her going three daughters, one son and a number of other relatives, besides numerous friends made during her sojourn here. She professed faith in Christ many years ago and was affiliated with the Independent Holiness movement and is no doubt enjoying the happiness of those who die in the Lord. May this thought comfort the bereaved.
