Born in Sumter, he was a son of Harold Moise II and Clara Grant Moise. He was owner of Moise Enterprises, an environmental service company. He graduated from Wilson Hall School, attended The Citadel and the University of South Carolina at Sumter.
Survivors besides his parents include two brothers, Harold Edwin Moise of San Antonio, Texas, and Henry LeNoir Moise of Mt. Pleasant; two nieces and a nephew.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Sumter Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. John Barr and the Rev. Mark Riggs officiating.
The family will receive friends at the home, 13 Glendale Court.
