Son of James M. Treadwell and Tennessee Scarborough Treadwell.Married first to Lizzie Foster on 31 Dec 1899 in Angelina County,Texas.She was the daughter of John and Kate Foster.She was most likely born in Polk County,Texas as they were listed in the 1880 census there.John and Kate Foster were in the 1900 census in Angelina County, Texas.Lizzie died before 1906 and is possibly buried in the Carrell Cemetery,BUT i have no proof yet.He then married Clara Brown in Angelina County,Texas on 28 Mar 1906.
