Born in Greenville County, she was the daughter of Grace Barbare Fleming and the late Charles Frank Fleming. Mrs. Howard was a member of the Eastern Star - Sam Poe Lodge and of the Pentecostal faith.
Surviving is her husband of 27 years, "Gene" Howard; daughters: Kimberly (John) Frommel and children of Powdersville, Adrian (Rick) Wilson of Dacusville and Jennifer Vest, and daughter Lexi, of Dacusville and a sister: Vernell (Wade) Jones of Greenville.
Graveside services will be Friday morning at 11 a.m. at Grand View Memorial Gardens.
The family will be at the home.
