He and his first wife Pauline divorced and had one child Cora Roberta Heath born July 10 1878 Benton Co MO). Annie Holloway and William Jonas Heath were married at the residence of J.J. Holloway at Cat Canyon, Santa Barbara Co CA. This would be her grandfather John James Holloway's ranch.

She left on a train toward the end to be cared for by her Holloway family and was never seen again by her children, but they retained a large portrait of her which hung over their piano growing up. Daughter Georgia Leora Heath took over care of her brothers and sisters. William Jonas Heath married a third time on Oct 22 1918 in Kern Co California, Arabelle 'Belle' Browning.
