I brought Zeus home to my mom as a Mother's Day gift and he quickly became part of the family. He loved my mom so much that after she passed away he was never the same. His health quickly declined and my father had to make a very hard decision. My father, Aunt Rae and I waited for Dr. John to come with heavy hearts and tear streaked faces. Zeus had suffered 18 long months without his mother and it was time to let him go. Still, it broke our hearts. Zeus went home to be with his mommy, with his loved ones by his side. He is so very special to all of us and will never be forgotten.
