This is my great-grandpa, Arthur was 41 years old, balloonist, who was fatally injured by a falling timber at Green Lake Sunday.
He was jack of all trades. he was a cement contractor, steeple - jack abd a balloonist, have a made over 600 assentions, most of them Ramona park, near Reeds Lake in Grand Rapids, Mi. where the family moved it 1918.
He was killed in ballooning accident in 1924 at Green Lake about 20 milies southeast of Grand Rapids, Mi.
His family miss him so much.
