Services for James Andrew Griffith of Texola who died Sunday in Beckenridge of injuries received in a car accident Friday night, will be held Tuesday morning at the Texola Church of Christ with H. B. Frank jr., and Rev. Joe Hazlett officiating.
Griffith was born August 8, 1901 at Bridgeport, Tex., and moved from Texas to Texola in 1917. He was employed by the Star Gas company of Breckenridge. On December 7, 1919 he was married at Ada to Miss Martha Myrtle Franklin.
He is survived by his wife, one son, Johnny L. Griffith of Erick, and one nephew James A. Shawn of Pampa.
Interment will be in the Texola cemetery with the Fatheree Albert funeral home in charge of arrangements.
