KaraLee was born on October 2, 1992, the daughter of Stuart and Trudy Makin Lewis. She was a Senior at the Utah County Academy of Sciences (UCAS) and was close to achieving both her high school diploma and her Associates Degree at UVU. She was planning on pursuing a career in Interior Design.
She shared her father's artistic ability and loved sketching, painting and creating. She had a delightful personality and a quick wit. Music played a great part in her life.
