18-year-old KaraLee Lewis and her father, Stuart Lewis, returned to the loving arms of our Savior and our Father in Heaven on November 25, 2010, while on their way to Thanksgiving dinner at the home of loved ones. They will both be greatly missed but everyone is grateful that they are together.

KaraLee was born on October 2, 1992, the daughter of Stuart and Trudy Makin Lewis. She was a Senior at the Utah County Academy of Sciences (UCAS) and was close to achieving both her high school diploma and her Associates Degree at UVU. She was planning on pursuing a career in Interior Design.

She shared her father's artistic ability and loved sketching, painting and creating. She had a delightful personality and a quick wit. Music played a great part in her life. She was almost like a twin to her sister MayLynn and dearly loved James Andrew and Abigail. She made new friends wherever she went.

She was an active member of the LDS church and loved the association of the Young Women in her Ward. The sparkle in her beautiful eyes will be dearly missed.

Stuart and KaraLee are survived by Trudy Makin Lewis, wife and mother, MayLynn, James Andrew, and Abigail, children and siblings, Glen and NaDean Roberts Lewis and Reed and Glenda Austin Makin, Grandparents, and numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, December 4, 2010 in the American Fork Central Stake Center. Both are buried in the American Fork Cemetery.
