OBITUARY: Mrs. Virginia Booster Dies
Mrs. Virginia Olive Booster, 77, life-long resident of Gervais, died Tuesday in a Salem hospital. Funeral services will be held today (Thursday) at 2 p.m. from the Ringo chapel in Woodburn with Rev. John W Hood of Independence officiating. Interment will be in the Gervais Masonic cemetery beside her husband who died in 1928.
She was born in Gervais April 18, 1872, and was married to Herman Henry Booster in 1897. She was a member and past matron of Gervais chapter 118, Order of Eastern Star and a member of the Presbyterian church's Clara Jones Missionary society.
Surviving are two sons, Wallace H. Booster, Oak Park, Ill., and Louis E. Booster, Salem; a sister, Lillian Keppinger, Salem and five grandchildren.
