MRS. LIILLIAN C. WILLIAMS, 85, Raytown, former co-owner of Williams Grocery Store, died Friday in a nursing home at 6124 Raytown Rd. She operated the store for 40 years before she retired in 1962. Mrs. Williams was a member for 50 years at the Budd Park Christian Church. She was a member of the Elysian Gradio Auxiliary of the Northern Masonic Temple. She was born in Platte County, MO and lived in the Kansas City area most of her life.
She leaves her husband, John Williams of the home; a son, Ervin F. Williams, Raymore, MO; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Van Meter, Kansas City; one grandchild and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Blackman Guardian Chapel. Entombment in Mount Moriah Mausoleum. Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. today at the chapel.
