Funeral services for Dora "Faye" Clapp, Minco were held Friday, March 10, 1995 at 10:30 a.m. in the Assembly of God Church, Minco, Rev. Wes Warren officiated.
Angela Harris, pianist, and Joy Warren sang "When The Roll Is Called Up Yonder" and "The Old Rugged Cross".
She was born September 7, 1915 in Cheyenne, OK, the daughter of Robert And Sarah Key.
Doris was raised in Minco. She was a homemaker and mother and returned to Minco in 1971.
Survivors include two sons; Roger Oliver of Oklahoma City, OK and Donald Oliver of Bloomington, CA.; two daughters Fayrene Oaks of Minco, OK and Phyllis of Castle Rock, CO; one sister Frances Miller , El Reno, OK; 12 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents her husband, Gordon Oliver in 1976, and also by husband Nolan Day in 1982; one sister Ruby Barton and two brothers; Roy and Marshall Key.
Pallbearers were Dwight Oaks, Frankie Lerma, Gary Oliver, Chris Christian, Denny Wright and Danny Wright.
