RITES HELD FOR MRS. KILCREASE
Mrs. L.J. Kilcrease, 82, an Olney resident for more than half a century, died at her home at 601 N. Ave. C of a heart attack at 8 A.M. Sunday.
Funeral services were held at 2 P.M. Tuesday at the First Baptist Church, with Rev. Erwin Reed, pastor, officiating.
A native of Alabama, Mrs. Kilcrease was born August 26, 1877 and was married at Bowie in 1900 to L.J. Kilcrease who died in 1937.
Mrs. Kilcrease moved to Olney from Bowie in 1908 and had lived here since. She was a Baptist.
Survivors are two sons, O.Z. Kilcrease of Olney and Troy Kilcrease of Austin; one daughter, Mrs. Frank Allison of El Campo, Texas: five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; two brothers, including D.J. Cooper of Olney, and three sisters.
Lunn Funeral Home was in charge of burial in Olney Cemetery.
