Mrs. Cutshaw was a charter member of Reformation Lutheran Church, where she attended as long as her health permitted.

Survivors include a daughter-in-law: Dorothy J. Cutshaw; and a brother and sister-in-law: Carl and Eleanor Easterly Wilhoit of Springfield.

She was the widow of Herman Otis Cutshaw and a daughter of the late David Anderson and Lizzie Cordelia Guinn Wilhoit. She was preceded in death by two sons: Herman Otis Cutshaw Jr., and Gene Albert Cutshaw; tow sisters: Etta Josephine Wilhoit and Annie Corine Fillers; and three brothers: William Clyde Wilhoit, Cecil Eugene Wilhoit, and Everette Ray Wilhoit.
