She was the 6th of 11 children of the marriage of Giovanni Michael Odorizzi and Maria Anna Marina Zanini.
In Tuenno, she married Giovanni Floriano Wegher on 4 Apr 1865. The marriage produced 12 children; 8 of whom immigrated with their parents.
Following Mr. Wegher's death in 1894 in Hopeville, Luzerne County, PA, Teresa and all 8 of the children migrated to Cambria, Weston County, Wyoming.
Teresa was a homesteader on Plum Creek and a midwife in the community.
