Lloyd Refer, 88, of Vancouver, Wash., died Saturday. He was born in Lewistown, Mont., and was a senior electrical engineer for Pacific Bell. He was a member of the Toastmasters and the Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include his daughter, Judy Jones of Washington; son, Robert Refer of Nevada; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Services: 2 p.m. Friday, El Camino Mortuary Chapel, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego.
Interment: El Camino Memorial Park.
