Billie Mildred Baggett, 90, died Sunday, Nov. 30 at Rhea Medical Center.
Mrs. Baggett was born in Whitwell, Tenn., the daughter of the late Webster and Mary Francis Brown. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Dale Baptist Church.
Mrs. Baggett was preceded in death by her husband, Brady B. "Snub" Baggett; son, Brady F. Baggett; daughter, Ann Robbins; granddaughter, Carolyn McClendon Calvert Swafford; sisters, Lorene Shirley, Rebecca True Kingand Joy Faye Moore; and an infant brother.
Survivors include her daughter, Delight (Edwin) McClendon of Spring City; sons, Don (Lois) Baggett of Hixson, Tenn. and Randy (Libby Gaffney) Baggett of Evensville; seven grandchildren, Edwin Jr. and Mike McClendon of Spring City, Robin Billingsley of Rockwood, Tenn., Susan Glasglow of Knoxville, Tenn., Tammy Mays and Lisa Grand of Soddy Daisy, Tenn., and Alicia England (Baggett) of Evensville; nineteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 2, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Edington officiating. Burial will be at Wolf Creek Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, Dec. 2, from 10 a.m. until time of services at the funeral home.
Vaughn Funeral Home of Spring City is in charge of arrangements.
