Born on September 14, 1954 in Romney, WV, he was the son of Marvin H. Riggleman and Sarah Katherine Davis Hines.

He worked as a mechanic and truck driver for Shingleton Timber and Trucking, Augusta, WV.

Surviving is his wife, Jennifer Fay (Riley) Riggleman, two sons, Steven Riggleman of Rio, WV, David Riggleman and wife Natalie Keplinger Riggleman of Mathias, WV, a grandson, Dawson Riggleman, two brothers, James M. Riggleman of Romney, WV, Garland E. Riggleman of Cresaptown, MD, a special sister-in-law, Chris, two step-sisters, Cynthia, Lewis of Keyser, WV, Mary Fertig of Burlington, WV, a step-brother, Allen Hines of Fort Ashby, WV, two foster brothers, Bob Arbaugh , Gary Arbaugh both of Wardensville, WV and two foster sisters, Brenda Daugherty and Sandy Hott.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday October 20, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. in the Christ Community Church, Augusta, with minister Don Kesner, officiating. Interment will follow in Ebenezer Cemetery, Romney, WV.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday 6-9 at the McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.

All arrangements are being handled by McKee Funeral Home, Augusta, WV.
