Mrs. Williams was born in Lexington, Tenn., and also married there. At the age of 17 she became a member of the Methodist Church. In later years she moved to Arkansas and five years ago came to Winnfield where she has since been with her daughter, Mrs. Wilkins.
The deceased is survived by four daughters, Mrs. W. E. Wilkins and Mrs. Myrtle Ashcraft, Winnfield; Mrs. R. C. [sic G. B.] Rowell, New Boston, Texas; Mrs. Nora Brooks, Lake Village, Ark.; thirteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren, all of whom attended the funeral services, which were held at the home of Mrs. Wilkins Tuesday afternoon, March 6th at 4:00 p.m., Rev. C. C. Wier, pastor of the Methodist Church, had charge of the services. Interment was in Winnfield Cemetery.
