Robert Edward Antoon, 45, died Sunday, June 4, following major surgery in Kaiser Foundation Medical Center in Vallejo, California.
Services were conducted June 8, at Colonial Chapel in Vallejo and burial was at Skyview Memorial Lawn in Vallejo.
Mr. Antoon was born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, May 3, 1944. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. William O'Rear and Robert Antoon of Oklahoma City.
He grew up in Wellington and graduated from Wellington High School in 1962. He served in the Marine Corps from 1963 to 1968.
Afterwards, he moved to California and was employed by Pacific Bell Telephone Co. for 21 years. He was a computer systems analyst.
Mr. Antoon was married earlier this year to Jocelyn Agdamagat of the Vallejo area.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Tina Marie and a son, Robert Warren, both of Vallejo; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William O'Rear of Wellington and Robert Antoon of Oklahoma City;
Sisters Jeannie Duke of Amarillo; Kathy Fields of Iowa Park; Lori Wallendorff of Hedley; brothers Ronnie O'Rear, John O'Rear and Richard O'Rear of Wellington; Don O'Rear of Childress; and Robert O'Rear of Bellevue, Washington; two half brothers, David Antoon and Brian Antoon, both of Oklahoma City; and a grandmother, Mrs. E.W. Jenkins of Spur.
Those attending the service from this area were his mother, Mrs. O'Rear, Don and Tina O'Rear, Lori Wallendorff, Jeannie Duke, John O'Rear and Mrs. Jenkins.
