Rhea L. THOMPSON, 95, 819 Jefferson St., died at 7 a.m. today at Peabody Retirement Home, North Manchester.
She was born in Fulton County to John and Lulu GREGSON FULTZ. She was a lifetime resident of Fulton County. On Jan. 1, 1917, in Rochester she married Kenneth W. THOMPSON who died April 1, 1971. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Rochester.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. George (Josephine) KROM II, Rochester a son, Gene THOMPSON, Rochester; eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Zimmerman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Junior BOSE officiating. Burial will be in the Rochester I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Friends may call from [10:30 a.m. until the service begins at 2 p.m.] Sunday. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Rochester.
