Richard Henry Harding, the infant son of Eunice Elizabeth Wilkerson and Henry Hooker Harding, was born at the family home in Woodsboro, Refugio County, Texas on Friday the 15th of March of 1929. He died at 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, the 16th of March. The funeral was held that Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Goldman-Waters Chapel in Victoria, Texas. The Reverend J. C. Felger of the First English Lutheran Church conducted the rites. The infant was buried near his great-grandparents, Mary Ann Atzenhoffer Wilkerson and John W. Wilkerson, in the Wilkerson family plot, Section Six, Lot 24 in the Evergreen Cemetery in Victoria, Victoria County, Texas. Richard Henry Harding was the grandson of Henry Wilkerson and Katie Alfredia Knopp Wilkerson.
