Born May 18, 1931, in Los Angeles, CA, Bobby left us on September 23, 2010, in Elk Grove, CA, at the age of 79 after a prolonged illness. A loving father, brother and devoted husband to Flo, who proceeded him in death, Bobby is survived by daughters Diana & Laurie, son Michael, sister Mary, sons & daughters-in-law Bob, Rick, Laurie & Barbara, eight grandchildren, & many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends. Bobby was interred at Heart Mountain Relocation Camp in Wyoming during WWII and lived in many places after the war. Bobby joined the Army and served in Korea in the 1950's. As a mechanical engineer and designer, he worked in Silicon Valley's semiconductor industry during the '70's and '80's. After retirement, he and Flo moved to Placerville and then Elk Grove to be closer to their children and grandchildren. Bobby loved sports, the 49ers, art, jazz and being active. Remembrance Services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 2, at ELK GROVE FUNERAL CHAPEL, 9101 Elk Grove Blvd., in Elk Grove at 3 PM, followed by a celebration of his life at Diana's home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Heart Mountain Wyoming Foundation at HMWF, P.O. Box 77, Sonoma, CA 95476.
