Mrs. Ruth L. Bianchi, 68, of 2116 Thirty-second St. died of cancer Wednesday at Mercy Hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Westover Funeral Home. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Cemetery. A native of Ward, Mrs. Bianchi lived in Des Moines about 50 years.
Survivors include her husband, John; two daughters, Mrs. Norma Francois and Mrs. Shirley Housby, both of Des Moines; a brother, Alvie Ansley of Albia; three sisters, Mrs. Ethel Owens of Scott, City, Mo., and Mrs. Rhoda Filliman and Mrs. Stella Douglas; both of Des Moines, and 9 grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.
