Jacob "Jake" Monroe Ward, 22, of St. Joe passed away Sunday, Aug. 6 (2006).
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, at Pindall Pentecostal Church with Dennis Sisco officiating. Visitation is open 12 to 7 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11, at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.
Burial will be in Kilburn Cemetery at Pindall. Pallbearers will be Jeremiah Blakeley, Timothy Henson, Andrew Mills, Matt Mills, Casey Nichols and Josh Campbell. Honorary pallbearers include Curtis Heptinstall, Wesley "Skip" Reed, Trent Nichols, Josh Sisco and Brent Morris.
The son of Dorothy Ward was born April 23, 1984, in Farmington, N.M. Jake worked for Down Home Construction.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Joe Monroe Ward and Homer Henson.
He is survived by his mother and father, Dorothy and Tim Henson of Pindall; fiancé, Amanda Still of the home; daughter, Shaylee Alyzabeth Ward of the home and soon to be born, baby Kadence Alexis Ward; sister, Frankie Sanders of Farmington, N.M.; brothers, Jeremiah Blakeley, stationed in Kosovo, Russia and Timothy Henson of Pindall; grandmothers, Dorothy B. Ward of Farmington, N.M. and Velma Henson of Rush; and many other relatives and friends.
