Funeral services for Janet V. Lawson, 75, formerly of Sellersburg, will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 28 at Coots Funeral Home, Jeffersonville, with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery. She died Saturday, Sept. 25, 2010 at Green Valley Care Center. She was a native of Louisville.
Survivors include her son Raymond F. Lawson Jr. of Louisville; daughters Pamela M. (Daniel) Downs of New Albany, Bonita S. Lawson of New Albany; brothers John Rosenbarger of Jeffersonville, Joseph Rosenbarger and Terry Scherzinger both of Louisville; sisters Myrtle Doyle, Donna James, Patti Bright all of Louisville; and Lillian Osting of Tampa, Fla.; grandchildren Janna R. Docs of Clarksville, Emily D. Downs of Louisville, and Christina Lawson of Louisville; and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents John Rosenbarger and Daisy (Hall) Rosenbarger,Scherzinger, her husband Raymond F. Lawson Sr. and brothers David Rosenbarger, William Scherzinger and Patrick
