Pam was born on May 10, 1955, in Geneseo, the daughter of Arlyn and Carol (Anderson) Eyrich. She was a 1973 graduate of J.D. Darnall High School. Pam was united in marriage to David "Rebo" Minnaert. She was a waitress for 27 years at the former Deck Plaza Restaurant in Geneseo and later at The Cellar Restaurant in Geneseo for several years. Pam enjoyed her Tuesday night wine parties with her friends for the last several years. She also loved making everyone's birthday very special and decorating and dressing up for Halloween.
Survivors include her son Brad Minnaert, San Diego; her mother Carol Eyrich, Geneseo, two sisters and spouse Cheryl and Jack Nowers, Prophetstown, and Lynn Eyrich and friend Shawn Bauer, LaSalle; a brother and spouse Bryan and Amy Eyrich, Glen Ellyn, Ill.; three nieces Chelsea, Nora and Emma; two nephews James and Toby; and a special friend Darrell Wexell, Geneseo.
Pam was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
