She was a former teacher at the West End Elementary
School, Westminster, a member of the Westminster Church of
the Brethren and for 50 years taught in the church school. At the time of death, she was treasurer of the Woman's Fellowship of the church.
Surviving are her husband, four sisters and two brothers:
Mrs, Ephraim G. Meyer, Elizabethtown; Mrs. Karl Yount, Towson; Mrs. Harper S. Will, Fort Wayne. Ind., Mrs. Gerald S. Brickett, and Philip S. Royer, both of Westminster, and Carroll A. Royer, Baltimore.
The Rev. Glenn C. Zug, her pastor, conducted funeral services Saturday, April 16 at 2 pm in at the Myers funeral home, Westminster. Burial was in Meadow Branch Cemetery.
Pallbearers were K. Ray Hollinger, William B. Yingling,
Ralph E. D. Hull, John P. W. Beard, Robert M. Myerly,
and Charles M. Sackett.
