Born in Carroll County, he was
the son of the late Harry I. and
Annie Koontz Royer.
He was retired from employment
as a printer at the Carroll County
Times, and was a member of the
Westminster Church of the Brethren.
Surviving are wife Isabel Thompson
Isanogle Royer, and several
nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at
12:15 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 17 at the
Westminster Church of the Brethren
with the Rev. Paul Groff, his pastor,
officiating. Burial will be in Meadow
Branch Cemetery at the convenience
of the family.
Pritts Funeral Home, 412 Washington
Road, Westminster, is in charge
of arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be
made in his name to the Westminster
Church of the Brethren Memorial
Fund.
