Cynthia Kay Fletcher Bivens Dyess, 50 Ringgold died Saturday May 8, 2004 at her residence. She was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia area
and was of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. Dyess was retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee.
She was preceded in death by her father Joseph Murray Fletcher.
Survivors include her husband Dayton Dyess, mother Dorothy Mae Fletcher, son and daughter-in-law Nicholas and Jennifer Bivens, Cleveland, Tn step-Children. Mark Dyess, Rossville, and Susan Dyess, Chattanooga. Sister Lynn Fletcher, LaFayette, GA grand-daughter Miranda Lynn Bivens.
Services will be 11:00 A.M. Tuesday in the funeral home Chapel with Rev. Tim Turnipseed officiating. Interment in Hamilton Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be sent to www.heritagefh.com The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 Sunday and Monday at Heritage Funeral Home, Battlefield Parkway.
