ERNEST GRAHAM
Ernest A. Graham, 87, formerly of Lynnville, a resident of St Francis Manor, died Wednesday, May 30, at home.
Funeral services were held Friday, June 2, at the Lynnville Friends Church with interment in Woodland Cemetery, Lynnville. ETC.
He was born April 30, 1903, near Kellogg to Frank and Maggie Enfield Graham. His family moved to Lynnville where he attended school. He was married Jan. 14, 1926, at Sully to Jennie Irene Brand. They farmed in the Oak Grove community south of Grinnell until 1943 when they moved to a farm west of Lynnville. He was a member of the Lynnville Friends Church in which he served in several capacities. The couple moved to Grinnell to make their home in 1986.
He is survived by his wife, Irene Graham of Grinnell; one daughter, Marilyn Meredith, Grinnell; one brother, Earl F. Graham, Newton; and eight grandchildren
In the obituary for Ernest A. Graham, 87, who died May 30 in Grinnell, the name of a son who preceded him in death was inadvertently omitted.
The son, Norman Wayne Graham, died in November 1987.
Mr. Graham's survivors include 18 great-grandchildren.
