Titanic Survivor.

Worked on the Titanic as a 2nd Class Dinning Room Steward.

He escaped the Titanic in Lifeboat #16.

Testified at the inquiries in the sinking of the Titanic.

From 1912 to 1959 he served on White Star and Cunard Line vessels (including RMS Aquitania and the Queen Mary).

After he died in 1961, his ashes where scattered at South Stonehm Cemetery in Southampton.
