William Allen Johnson, 88, of Fulton, died at 8 p.m. on Oct. 5, 1973 at Itawamba County Hospital. He was a retired farmer. Services were held Oct. 7 at Pine Grove Church of Christ, of which he was a member, with burial in the church cemetery. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home had charge.Survivors included five sons, Billy Johnson of Tupelo, Milton and Ervis Johnson, both of Zion, Ill., Coval Johnson and Hollis Johnson, both of Fulton; four daughters, Mrs. Maydean Davis, Mrs. Ray Gholston and Mrs. Faye Roberts, all of Fulton, and Mrs. Azie Hargett of Tremont; two brothers, Dennis Johnson and Kelly Johnson, both of Fulton; two sisters, Mrs. Ida Chamblee of Fulton and Mrs. Dezzie Steele of Santa Rosa, Texas; 26 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
