My wonderful Grandpa L.E. married his second cousin my beautiful Grandma, Rosalyn (Rose) Brown on 14 Nov 1926 in Corinth, Alcorn County, Mississippi.

They had 6 children together, one daughter dying as an infant. They divorced in the mid 1940's.

As of 2020, 1 daughter, Marietta is still living.

He married Ozelle Parker on 8 Jan 1949 in Visalia,Tulare County, California. They had 1 daughter together, Linda Faye and she is still living.

My Grandpa was a very talented Musician and Singer. He usually played the guitar and banjo. All his bothers, sisters, his 4 sons and his daughter by his second wife were musicians and singers as well. We had many a family get together in Bakersfield where Blue Grass, Country and Gospel was played and enjoyed by all. My beautiful mother Marietta was the only one who didn't inherit the Musical Gene:=)
