Fairbury, Neb., Nov. 13- (Special.- Ira A. Pearson died here yesterday morning and the funeral occurred this afternoon under the auspices of the G.A.R., of which the deceased was a member. He was successful in business and was well known in commercial circles through this part of the state. He was for a number of years the landlord of the "Merchants," the leading hotel of this city, but a little less than a year ago was compelled to relinquish business and went to three hot springs in the hope that the change might benefit his health, but failing in this, he returned to Fairbury a couple of months ago, resigned to his fate. He leaves a wife and three children, two girls and a boy, all of whom are grown.
