Marguerite Louise Acock, 67,was born October 3, 1927 at Friendship, Tenn., the daughter of Clarence and Louise Taylor Earnheart. She passed away Sunday, October 16, 1994 at Asbury-Salina Regional Hospital.

She was united in marriage to Ralph Acock, July 4, 1961. They moved to Kansas from Evansville, Indiana in 1972 and to Minneapolis in 1974 from Westfall. Marguerite was a cook at the Ottawa County Hospital from August, 1978 until her retirement in Sept. 1992. Her husband preceded her in death March 1, 1984.

Survivors include three daughters, Linda Anderson of Paradise, California, Anna Coffman, Tescott and Betty Mick of Lawrence, six grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Services were held Wednesday, October 19, 1994 at Shields Funeral Home. Burial was in Highland Cemetery. The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association.
