Tim was born October 11, 1930 in New York, New York and had lived in the Joplin area the past 20 years.
He worked for Osage Services in Webb City for several years as a bookkeeper and service representative. He retired due to ill health. Tim was veteran of the United States Marine Corps and served in the Korean War. He was awarded the Purple Heart. He was also a member of St. Peters Catholic Church, Joplin.
Tim married Laverne Donham on December 13, 1988 in Las Vegas, Nevada. She survives at the home.
Additional survivor include two step sons, Jefferey Lee, Joplin, Mark Lee, Charleston, South Carolina; one sister, Connie Carroll, Harwick Port, Massachusetts; five grandchildren, Christina, Rebekah, Shawn, Lindsay, Ben; and two great grandchildren, Cameron and Emillee.
Tim was preceded in death by a sister and one brother.
Memorial services are planned for Monday at 9:00 a.m. at St. Peters Catholic Church. Father J. Freidel will officiate. There will be an interment Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield. Memorial contributions may be made to Bottom-Stogsdill D.A.V., in care of Parker Mortuary.
