Lauren Elizabeth ABBOTT, 4 months, 1162 Appletree Lane, died at 12:24 p.m. Friday at Memorial Hospital in South Bend.
Born in Rochester to Rick and Shelley MUSGRAVE ABBOTT, she lived her entire lifetime in Rochester. She attended First Christian Church.
Surviving are her parents, Rick and Shelley; one sister, Erica Lynn ABBOTT, at home; maternal grandparents Stanley and Judy MUSGRAVE, Rochester; paternal grandfather William L. ABBOTT, Rochester; paternal grandmother Barbara J. BRADWAY, Rochester; maternal great-grandparents, Robert and Carol BRADWAY, Rochester, and Doris HOOVER, Fort Myers, Fla.; as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at First Christian Church, Rochester with Rev. Bill RIGGS officiating. Burial will be in Rochester IOOF Cemetery. Visitation is 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Foster & Good Funeral Home, Rochester; and 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday in the church. A memorial fund will be established in her name for meningitis research and education.
