Nancy B. Hanvey, 48, of the 2800 block of Arlington Ave., died of cancer in her home, June 25, 1994.
Mrs. Hanvey was born in Norfolk. She was employed with Del-Mar Studios as a photo finisher. She was a Christian in the faith of Our Lord and a member of Fairview Church of Christ.
Survivors include two daughters, Sherry Fulcher of Chesapeake and Julie Bivens of Norfolk; three sons, Lewis Bivens, David Hanvey and Mike Hanvey, all of Chesapeake; her mother, Grace Culpepper Shepard of Virginia Beach; five sisters, Marie Milburn of Dennison, Ohio, Betty Chesnut of McKeesport, Pa., Jane Caler and Denise Weast, both of Chesapeake, and Virginia Fulcher of Coinjock, N.C.; and two brothers, William Shepard of Norfolk and Tom Shepard of Chesapeake; and seven grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, by the Rev. Dan Milburn. Burial will be in Riverside Memorial Park. Family will be at the funeral home today from 7 to 9 p.m.
