He was born and raised in Long Island, NY and never lost his natural love of the water and fishing, which has been instilled in his family also.
He was preceded in death by his parents Robert Dolan II and Fielding Christian Dolan.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. He was one of a kind, a big personality and forever he will be Big Bob and he will forever be in our hearts.
A memorial service was conducted, Thursday August 19, 2010 in the Teague Chapel, after which the family received friends.
"May the Lord's hands of compassion and love, and his guiding light from above, shine down upon you and give you strength during this time of sorrow, may you find comfort in knowing that friends share in your loss."
