Dale was born when his mother was 42 years old, and was only six months old when he lost his father to a massive heart attack at age 43. Dale himself died of a massive heart attack at age 43. He left behind 4 young sons. He was divorced had full custody and raising the boys by himself. He is sadly missed by his sons and family.
