He married June Krotzer on September 4, 1959 and they shared 55 wonderful years together before June predeceased him on April 4, 2013.
James served his country honorably in the United State Navy. He worked in the automotive industry, was a baseball coach and loved to donate to charities. James enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, riding motorcycles and watching sports on TV.
He was predeceased by Junior Alexander, Pauline Cleaver, Alice Hirt, Edith Krotzer and Everett Alexander.
A private family service has taken place with burial at Lee Township Cemetery.
