Marie Anne was baptized on 3 December 1741 at St. François d’Assise Catholic Church at Pointe Coupée Post.

She married Louis Lemoine there (s/o Guillaume Lemoine dit Normand and Marie "L'Este" Sanmerine) on 6 July 1756. Louis died about thirteen months after their marriage.

On 23 April 1759, she was united in marriage with Antoine Bordelon I. He was the s/o Gabriel Laurent Bordelon and Anne Françoise Roland. The couple had the following children: Pierre, Marianne, Antoine, Augustin, François, Lucille, and Hilaire.

Marie Anne was buried on 22 December 1778 - the day after her death. This grave was likely located in the cemetery of the 1760 St. Francis Church. The cemetery was blessed in 1764. Almost all of the graves from this church were lost to the Mississippi River. A few were moved to St. Mary's Church in New Roads but none of those were for individuals who died prior to 1818.
