Judy Lynn Carroll, daughter of Margaret and Eugene "Bud" Vrieling was born July 4, 1947 in Everett, WA. She had her 63rd birthday just a couple weeks ago. Judy passed away peacefully in her sleep on the 4th day of August, 2010 in her home and was called to be with her Savior.
She is survived by her father, Eugene "Bud" Vrieling, two sons, Brian Willits, and Justin Carroll. One daughter Shellie Strong, four grandchilden, Samantha, Evan and CJ and Anthony.
She is preceded in the death of her husband Jack Carroll, and her mother Maragret Jeanette Vrieling.
