Sandy was an occupational therapist who formerly worked at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital in Schenectady, NY. She was Vice-President of the Transplant Awareness Organization (TAO) & volunteered for the Finger Lakes Eye & Tissue Bank. In 2009 she was the recipient of the Bill Peterson Shining Example Award for the American Lung Association. Sandy was a parishioner of The Church of the Good Shepherd in Henrietta, NY where she was active in Visitation & Social Ministries.
