Russell "Rusty" Oulch, a resident of Berryville, Arkansas, formerly of Benton, AR for more than thirty years, was born June 13, 1945 in Saginaw, Michigan, a son of Frank Kenneth and Lousie Mertie (French) Oulch. He went to be with his Lord and Saviour on Saturday, July 10, 2010 in Eureka Springs, at the age of 65 years.

Rusty served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He retired from Alcoa in Benton after more than thirty years and leaves behind a host of friends and co-workers.


He is survived by three children, Joe Zaucha and wife Argelia of Colorado Springs, CO; Trish and husband Eric Evans of Berryville, AR and Tina and husband Carl Ward of Berryville, AR; five beautiful granddaughters who were the loves of his life, Gracie Zaucha; Victoria and Mary Katherine Evans; and Carley and Taylor Ward; one brother, Jim Oulch and wife Marilyn; two sisters, Lisa and husband Marv Schmidt; Lori and husband Jaime Cano; former wife, JoAnne Oulch; and several other family members and a multitude of friends.


Rusty was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Lynne; and grandparents, Margaret Grace and Ted French.


A Gathering of Remembrance with Family and Friends will be from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at the Charles M. Nelson Memorial Chapel in Berryville.
