Rochester Chiropractor Taken by Death

A well-known Rochester Businessman and chiropractor, Clarence L. Dambaugh, 76, of 388 Jefferson Street, died Thursday evening in the Golf View Nursing Home in Aliquippa after several month's illness. He owned and operated the Gulf Service Station at Conway Corners for 25 years before retiring in 1957 and practiced as a chiropractor for many years after graduating from the Palmer School of Chiropractics. He was also a World War I Veteran. Mr. Dambaugh was a member of the grace Lutheran Church of Rochester and Rochester American Legion. Surviving are his wife, Floye Dambaugh; one son Charles L. Dambaugh, Rochester; and one granddaughter. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday in Batchelor Funeral Home, corner of Ohio Avenue and Jefferson Street, in Rochester.

Dambaugh-Funeral services for Clarence L. Dambaugh, 388 Jefferson Street, Rochester, will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday in Batchelor Funeral Home in Rochester. The Rev. Everett Smail will officiate with interment Monday morning in Sylvania Hill Memorial Park.
