DeDe Sullivan said: "My Aunt Connie taught me how to drive one day at the farm. We were in her gray Cutlass Supreme. I remember you had to put the brake on so you would not roll forward, it seemed like we were going very fast even though I wasn't even pressing the accelerator! Mom was in the car too but didn't complain, even though I was probably 13 at the time!
I loved sitting in the "Boys Room" which was her bedroom after the boys moved out and listening to records and playing with Tippy and Thurber, her dogs. I was always with Connie when she was home. She was in high school when I was little and she was so cool!!

I love how she always sat in the bathroom sink to put on her makeup!

As an adult, she had the cleanest house I had ever seen. Still to this day, I remember it was more stylish and cleaner than any magazine picture. Even the carpet had lines on it! Spotless and perfect!!!"

Maureen McNutt Cory said: "I remember her big blond hair-do and her classic red lipstick. She even told my husband that "this is real Texas hair." I also remember her laugh, it was infectious."

Linda McNutt Wyatt said: "I will always remember Connie as being the cute little girl cousin. I missed a lot of her grown-up life, but the last time I saw her, she was full of fun, life, pride in herself and her family, and had that beautiful laugh."

Tammy Wyatt Mott said: "Connie and I use to talk twice a week. She was amazed at others that thought drinking coke on white carpet was a big deal."
