William Henry was the oldest child of James Taylor and Malinda Alice Agnew Barnes. He never married. He herded sheep in Oregon and work out west and sent Grandma money to help raise her large family. He also worked in Winona, Mo probably for the Connelly's and in Waverly, Wa for Docia Barnes Davies and husband on a ranch. Will was a kind, compassionate man who was well liked by everyone. He had a ruddy complexion and wore a mustache in later years. He also lived in a little house near the Fairview church.
