Mr. Dearinger died Monday Noon at Mabank Texas, of a heart attack while unloading playground equipment for the Miracle Equipment Company of Grinnell, Iowa.
Ozro was born September 20,1912 at Searsboro. He was married to Jennie Johnson of Deep River on November 6, 1931 in Lancaster, Mo.
He made his home in the Lynnville area for the past 51 years, Prior, he spent five years in Searsboro.
He was employed by: The Miracle Equipment Company of Grinnell, Iowa for the past 12 years. Previously he was employed by Macy Brothers at Lynnville for several years.
Dearinger was a member of the Friends Church in Lynnville and a member of Lebanon Lodge No. 227 where he served as Past Master and Master of the Lodge in 1953.
Survivors include his wife; children, James E. of Waukee, Richard L. in Austin Tx., serving with the U.S. Air Force, and David R. at home; four grandchilden and one sister, Mrs. Harry (Ella Mae) Lincoln of Marshalltown, Iowa.
Funeral services were conducted at the Lynnville Friends Church Friday May 10, 1968-3 p.m. with the Rev. Peter Schuler officiating. Pallbearers were: Roy Copeland, Wilbur Stanley, Carl Terpstra, Jim Terlouw, Ray Ver Steeg, Glen Van Genderen. Cliff Crews and Stanley Millhouse were Honorary Bearers.
Homer McDowell, Sologist sung: "Have Thine Own Way" and "Goodnight Here and Goodmorning Up There". Mrs. Harriett Macy was the Organist.
